IRT Project Manager – Clinical Supplies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Act as a member of the project team dedicated to specific studies for straightforward systems, which includes understanding the systems, offering related training support, and ensuring the completion of all deliverables associated with support projects.

• Collaborate with functional area leads and senior colleagues to identify and assess key issues within projects.

• Collect information on potential or existing risks/issues and provide comprehensive updates to management to ensure these risks/issues are identified and addressed.

• For straightforward systems, conduct informal testing specific to the study, and create and review study-specific system support guidelines for both accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare, coordinate, and present meeting materials and communications in accordance with timeline milestones. Participate in meetings and communications with sponsors, vendors, and members of cross-functional teams.

• Act as a contact for support escalation regarding straightforward systems for study-specific inquiries/issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).

• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.

• Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email software, various analytics and visualization tools, and familiarity with primary software utilized by the company.

• Basic understanding of relational database concepts and some familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL or MS Access).

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary, global cross-functional team.

• Proficient in querying, compiling, entering, tracking, and maintaining data in systems that support departmental programs and processes.

• Capable of facilitating small-scale collaborative meetings and presentations.
