iOS Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain code for advanced iOS mobile applications

• Ensure that applications uphold high standards for quality and user experience

• Collaborate with a diverse and geographically dispersed team

• Perform comprehensive code reviews, resolve bugs, and write tests to guarantee application stability and performance

• Create new features that enhance user engagement and contribute to application growth

• Work closely with Product Managers

• Conduct experiments to gain insights into user interactions

• Provide suggestions for product enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in the software engineering field

• Proven experience in building and deploying native iOS/iPadOS applications using Swift

• Strong passion for contemporary iOS development practices, including SwiftUI and architectural patterns such as MVVM

• Expertise in code reviews, unit testing, and automation

• Ability to function effectively within a distributed team environment

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capability to work transparently as part of the Mozilla open-source project and engage with Mozilla’s global community
