This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Develop and sustain production-level iOS applications utilizing Swift and SwiftUI.
• Create and execute user-friendly, responsive mobile interfaces for insurance, payments, and customer workflows.
• Connect backend APIs for quotations, policy management, claims, and transactional services.
• Contribute to mobile functionalities that incorporate AI-enhanced features (e.g., chat experiences, recommendations, automation workflows).
• Design UX patterns for real-time interactions, including loading states, streaming responses, retries, and fallbacks.
• Enhance application performance, responsiveness, memory consumption, and battery efficiency.
• Implement analytics, crash reporting, and user behavior tracking to elevate product quality.
• Work closely with backend, product, design, and AI/ML teams throughout the development cycle.
• Ensure stability, scalability, and high quality in App Store releases across production.
• Continuously refine engineering standards, architecture, and iOS best practices.
• Over 3 years of experience in iOS development using Swift.
• Strong grasp of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, or modern equivalents).
• Demonstrated experience in delivering production iOS applications.
• Solid understanding of async/await, concurrency, and background task management.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and working on distributed systems.
• Proficient in debugging and optimizing performance (memory, CPU, battery).
• Experience in creating responsive UI with SwiftUI (UIKit experience is a bonus).
• Strong sense of ownership with a focus on detail and product quality.
