• Develop and deploy iOS functionalities utilizing Swift.

• Design seamless mobile workflows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring mobile workflows are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading states, responsiveness, memory usage, and battery efficiency.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences only when they significantly benefit the user journey.

• Minimum of 3 years of iOS development experience with Swift.

• Solid understanding of iOS fundamentals and experience in delivering production applications.

• Proficient in SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architectural patterns.

• Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience with integrating REST APIs and resolving production issues.

• Quick execution, high accountability, and meticulous attention to product quality are essential.

• Providing app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work is highly advantageous.

• English serves as our primary working language across global teams, necessitating strong English communication skills.
