iOS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain high-performance native iOS applications utilizing Swift and SwiftUI.

• Incorporate advanced product functionalities through backend APIs.

• Design user experience frameworks for real-time interactions, encompassing streaming states, progress indicators, retries, and failure recovery.

• Analyze and enhance app performance, battery efficiency, and memory usage.

• Gather user feedback and telemetry to facilitate ongoing model assessment and product refinement.

• Collaborate with ML and backend engineering teams to establish API agreements and system frameworks.

• Maintain production quality, adherence to release standards, and App Store reliability.

• Oversee the native client experience for intelligent, data-centric features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in iOS development using Swift.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI-driven or machine learning functionalities within mobile applications.

• In-depth understanding of Swift concurrency (async/await), memory management, and background processing.

• Capability to design resilient client experiences that account for network latency, graceful degradation, and dynamic model responses.

• Proven history of launching and supporting consumer-facing production applications in the App Store.

• Acquainted with on-device ML frameworks such as CoreML.

• Knowledgeable about feature flagging configurations.

• Strong product intuition, particularly centered on mobile UX and client-side dependability.
