This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as Cadwell's clinical authority for the Cascade IONM product range.

• Take the lead in Cadwell’s EDX/US educational strategy and support its implementation.

• Stay informed about upcoming Cadwell software releases and prepare to work with and provide training on these updates.

• Collaborate with Cadwell’s Manager of Education and Training to devise strategies that enhance customer 'go-live' experiences and improve the efficiency of the Education and Training Team.

• Manage the creation and delivery of a thorough educational portfolio for the IONM product lineup, ensuring consistent, high-quality training, learning experiences, and ongoing engagement for all customers. (This includes, but is not limited to, webinars, workshops, certifications, and self-paced learning modules.) May be required to assist with content creation for other modalities as necessary.

• Work alongside the Education and Training Team to execute all clinical configuration and training components in each assigned customer’s 'go-live' or re-training plan. Typical requirements include:

• Collaborate with Customer Implementation Team colleagues to establish appropriate clinical configuration and training expectations during the sales process.

• Help document clinical configuration, training deliverables, and timelines in a detailed Scope of Work as necessary.

• Partner with Customer Implementation Team colleagues to devise an Implementation Plan that meets all clinical configuration and training requirements for each 'go-live' or re-training course.

• Deliver all clinical configuration and training commitments for each 'go-live' plan.

• Record and escalate any clinical configuration or training issues to the Manager of Education and Training as needed.

• Prevent future escalations by suggesting necessary updates to Implementation Team Procedures, Product Installation instructions, or training materials.

• Act as the primary resource for internal Cadwell teams seeking clinical expertise and user insights.

• Contribute to software improvements and product design by applying clinical expertise and converting customer feedback into actionable insights.

• Support the Sales Team with product presentations and demonstrations, and assist in providing suitable quotes for configurations that align with site-specific workflow needs.

• Aid the Sales Team by offering on-site clinical expertise, workflow guidance, and end-user support during product assessments at prospective enterprise customer locations.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to designated customers as required.

• Oversee the creation and delivery of educational content, offering training and assistance to internal Cadwell team members as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Manager of Education and Training to define, measure, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the educational team that promote continuous improvement and support team success, and consistently use these KPIs to reassess personal performance.

• Promptly escalate any concerns to the Manager of Education and Training.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet team and organizational needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of IONM clinical workflows is required.

• Expert-level knowledge in at least one IONM product line (either Cadwell or competitor) is required.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, including formal presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to small groups, are required.

• Proficiency in computer usage is essential.

• A working knowledge of the Windows operating system in a networked environment is preferred.

• Capability to accurately evaluate customer needs and offer consultative solutions.

• Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Outstanding listening, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills focused on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

• Expertise in educational program design and delivery, clinical configuration requirements, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive process improvements.

• Willingness to engage actively in areas beyond core responsibilities.
