This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Offer procedural assistance to newcomers to enhance safety and facilitate smooth transitions through their learning journeys.
• Aid training initiatives such as in-services, training labs, participation in first-case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Establish yourself as a clinical authority in the pulmonary oncology domain.
• Collaborate with ESRs to partner with senior hospital personnel and key physicians to devise and implement a strategy for effectively integrating the Ion® system at new client locations, ensuring continuous commitment to and usage of the system.
• Enable the capture of essential user and procedural data to develop effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work together with local da Vinci sales teams to maintain consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Diligently handle administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management and the submission of expense reports.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or several years of pertinent professional experience.
• Proficiency in both English and German is mandatory.
• A strong ambition coupled with a robust work ethic.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and adapt in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Familiarity with the pulmonology/bronchoscopy field is advantageous.
