Invoicing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate invoices for medical record requests using the MedRelease software.

• Utilize internal feedback mechanisms to ensure all issues are addressed.

• Support the Audit Invoicing Manager in resolving discrepancies and acquiring additional information for incomplete documents.

• Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve identified issues.

• Address invoicing inquiries from third-party requesters.

• Document pertinent notes on specific requests for effective handling throughout the request life cycle.

• Uphold the C.R.A.F.T. values of HealthMark Group.

• Work efficiently to meet the demands of a high-volume environment.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational privacy and security policies.

• Immediately report any known or suspected unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of PHI.

• Complete all mandatory company-sponsored and regulatory training programs.

• Skill to make informed decisions in line with department guidelines.

• Experience in medical record auditing is a plus.

• Strong comprehension of confidentiality requirements.
