Investor Relations Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Overseeing various processes related to project management, including the preparation and review of quarterly earnings releases and supporting external-facing deliverables.

• Developing, directing, and managing the company's involvement in investor and analyst events such as conferences, meetings, and non-deal roadshows.

• Tracking analyst research and evaluating analyst estimates.

• Completing quarterly documents (releases, scripts, Q&A, etc.).

• Compiling necessary disclosures.

• Leading the team by reviewing reports and documents to guarantee client-ready quality content.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-9 years of prior experience in an Investor Relations agency.

• Proven experience in managing teams.

• In-depth knowledge of finance, financial statements, and public company reporting obligations.

• Capability to direct the financial communication strategy of clients.

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Preferably, familiarity with or experience in CRM and Financial Research Systems, including Ipreo and Thomson Reuters Eikon.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
