Investor Relations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in expanding the investor segment of Paires

• Collaborate with the senior investor team on active mandates

• Evaluate allocators, create briefs, conduct follow-ups, and maintain investor relationships

• Identify family offices and high-net-worth individuals who support US startups

• Develop and manage a personal network of relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Have begun establishing an allocator network through experience in wealth management, private banking, a family office, placement, or through your own initiative.

• Capable of articulating your strategy for identifying suitable investors

• Understand the investment activities of your investors, particularly their direct allocations into US startups

• Prioritize listening over pitching, with a strong sense of discretion

• Operate as if it’s 2026, utilizing AI tools to streamline the pipeline and preparation
