Investor Onboarding Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service and uphold the FSG Principles by:

• Preparing and coordinating subscription agreements for investments in clients’ funds.

• Overseeing ongoing workflows for subscription agreements within automated investment platforms.

• Initiating and maintaining brokerage accounts for client funds.

• Handling email and telephone communications with our clients’ investors promptly.

• Executing quality control measures related to investor onboarding documentation, systems, and procedures.
