Investment Specialist, New or Recent Grad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer requirements and deliver wealth and investment-related sales and services.

• Counsel customers on investment strategies and product offerings.

• Execute sales and service operations for clients.

• Recognize and refer customers to other business divisions as necessary.

• Conduct outbound calls to clients and seek avenues to improve customer satisfaction.

• Remain informed about consumer demands, industry developments, and best practices.

• Provide high-quality professional sales and service for customer inquiries.

• Meet sales objectives with an emphasis on investment products.

• Oversee transactional outcomes from customer interactions or direct them to the appropriate teams.

• Elevate complex or unresolved issues to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally possess 2 - 3 years of pertinent experience.

• A post-secondary degree in a related discipline is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with market trends and product offerings in the competitive landscape.

• Knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services.

• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) / CIRO licensed as an Investment Representative is preferred.

• Some understanding of Risk Management and Compliance.

• Specialized expertise.
