Investment Specialist, Mutual Funds – Bilingual in English and in French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Primarily assist customers within the inbound call queue at the BMO Investment Centre

• Foster trust and establish meaningful relationships with customers

• Provide an exceptional customer experience

• Identify customer needs and deliver wealth and investment-related sales and services

• Guide customers through the onboarding process for new accounts

• Execute transactions related to mutual funds and term investments

• Assess customers’ goals and objectives to ensure they are matched with suitable investment products and services

• Carry out sales and service tasks in line with established procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant professional experience

• Have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or the Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC)

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of competitive marketplace trends and product offerings

• Possess some knowledge of industry regulations and standards

• Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills

• Strong verbal and written proficiency in both French and English

• Display resilience, passion, and curiosity
