Investment Specialist, Mutual Funds

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Primarily assist customers in the inbound call queue at the BMO Investment Centre.

• Establish trust and cultivate meaningful relationships with customers while providing an outstanding customer experience.

• Identify customer needs and deliver wealth and investment-related sales and services to BMO clients or prospects.

• Guide customers through the onboarding process for new accounts.

• Execute transactions for Mutual Funds and Term investments.

• Evaluate customers’ goals and objectives to ensure they are matched with suitable investment products and services.

• Carry out sales and service functions in line with established procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, possess between 1 and 3 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or the Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC).

• Strong knowledge and understanding of trends and product offerings in the competitive marketplace.

• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills.
