This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Primarily assist customers in the inbound call queue at the BMO Investment Centre.

• Foster trust and cultivate meaningful relationships with customers.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience, overcoming any challenges.

• Develop expertise in understanding customer needs while delivering wealth and investment-related sales and services.

• Assist customers with onboarding new accounts, processing Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions, and evaluating customer goals and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally possess 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or the Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC).

• Strong knowledge and comprehension of competitive marketplace trends and product offerings.

• Some familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

• Excellent skills in communication, organization, time management, and active listening.

• Bilingualism is a significant advantage, particularly in French and English; proficiency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin will also be regarded favorably.
