Investment Designer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop a diverse range of cosmetic rewards that enhance Marathon activities and the store.

• Execute scripting and tool-related tasks.

• Create and implement engaging content that captivates and retains players.

• Adjust progression metrics to establish compelling experiences and gratifying advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in game development.

• Familiarity with game development software and tools is preferred.

• Understanding of reward and cosmetic systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Enthusiasm for collaborating within a large team and the capacity to both give and receive constructive feedback.

• Technical skills in writing text-based scripts for managing game systems in Lua, Python, or a similar programming language (preferred).

• Experience and insight into player motivation (preferred).

• Background in games as a service or live content (preferred).
