Investment Banking Intern, Spring 2027

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Execute financial analysis and modeling tasks.

• Conduct research on companies and industries.

• Engage in the creation of client presentations.

• Communicate with senior bankers and clients.

• Generate marketing materials, transaction models, competitive analyses, and valuation analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Junior or Senior status at a university in the US or Canada.

• Minimum GPA of 3.5.

• Strong academic performance from a reputable undergraduate institution.

• Proven ability to draft marketing documents.

• Experience in transaction modeling.

• Skills in company and industry research.

• Proficiency in conducting competitive analyses.

• Competence in valuation analysis.

• Financial modeling proficiency in Excel.

• Basic or better skills in PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

• Capable of producing a large volume of high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Must have work authorization in the US.

• Availability for full-time work, approximately 40 hours per week.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
