Investment Banking Intern, Spring 2027

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Perform research on companies and industries.

• Assist in creating client presentations.

• Engage with senior bankers and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Junior or Senior at a university in the US or Canada.

• Minimum GPA of 3.5.

• Strong academic performance from a prestigious undergraduate program.

• Proven capacity to produce marketing documentation.

• Experience in modeling transactions.

• Capability to conduct research and provide insightful competitive analyses.

• Proficient in performing valuation analyses.

• Financial modeling experience using Excel.

• Basic or higher skills in PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

• Capacity to generate substantial high-quality work products within tight deadlines.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Must have work authorization in the US.

• Availability for full-time work, approximately 40 hours per week.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
