Investment Banking Intern – Fall 2026

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Interns will collaborate directly with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Daily tasks involve financial analysis and modeling, conducting research on companies and industries, contributing to the creation of client presentations, and engaging with senior bankers and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Junior or Senior at a US or Canadian University with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

• Proven ability to draft marketing materials, model transactions, perform research, conduct thorough competitive analyses, and execute valuation assessments.

• Experience in financial modeling using Excel, with basic or better skills in PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of generating substantial high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A strong academic record from a reputable undergraduate program is essential.

• Must have work authorization in the US.
