Investment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate investment prospects across various real estate markets.

• Develop and sustain financial models for acquisition and development initiatives.

• Create deal proformas to analyze returns, feasibility, and associated risks.

• Assist in due diligence for new acquisition prospects.

• Investigate market trends and pinpoint emerging investment opportunities.

• Collaborate with acquisitions and leadership teams on investment strategies.

• Generate reports and presentations for leadership and investment discussions.

• Aid in maintaining a competitive pipeline of growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in financial analysis or real estate investment analysis.

• Proficient financial modeling and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with commercial real estate valuation and investment analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency with financial modeling tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
