Investigator Support Assistant – Italian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Informing investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates about laboratory results, flags determined by the sponsor, and test cancellations as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Overseeing, tracking, and resolving accession holds while notifying the Supervisor and the relevant Project Manager of any delays.

• Updating the database with relevant information and informing personnel of any additional testing requirements.

• Providing support to sites and sponsors regarding project-related inquiries via phone and email.

• Consistently and promptly adhering to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Assisting in the implementation of global processes and procedures.

• Monitoring and reporting metrics as defined by management within the agreed timelines.

• Documenting all service failures, addressing them, and escalating to management when appropriate resolution is not achieved.

• Serving as a liaison for both internal and external clients.

• Communicating the needs of investigator sites when new policies or procedures are introduced.

• Fostering a culture that prioritizes patient safety.

• Promptly addressing patient safety concerns and escalating as necessary for resolution.

• Ensuring that the needs of investigators are considered prior to the implementation of new processes and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Proficiency in both English and Italian.

• Self-driven with strong verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Team-oriented while also capable of working independently.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and distractions while maintaining professionalism.

• Availability to work from 10 AM to 7 PM CET or other hours as necessary.
