Investigator Payments Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical trial agreements, study budgets, amendments, and other payment-related documents to identify and interpret financial requirements for system configuration.

• Configure payment information for sites within the Investigator Payment System (IPS).

• Establish both automated and manually initiated payment activities within the payment platform.

• Examine unclear or incomplete payment terms and seek clarification from relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with investigative sites to gather, update, and retain payee information and necessary financial documentation.

• Develop and sustain productive working relationships with internal teams and key business partners to facilitate payment operations.

• Ensure that payment activities adhere to established requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.

• Prior experience in clinical research, financial operations, contracts, payments, or a similar environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and site payments is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional fluency in English is essential.

• Proficiency in additional European languages would be an asset.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze, manage, and accurately reconcile data.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
