Investigator Support Assistant – German/Spanish/French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates regarding laboratory results, flags determined by the sponsor, and test cancellations in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds; communicate any delays to the Supervisor and relevant Project Manager.

• Update the database and notify personnel of any additional testing requirements.

• Provide support to sites and sponsors for project-related inquiries via phone and email.

• Follow management communications, participate in meetings, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assist in the implementation of global processes and procedures.

• Track and report on management-defined metrics within specified timelines.

• Document and address service failures, escalating issues to management as necessary.

• Serve as a liaison for both internal and external clients.

• Communicate the needs of investigator sites during discussions on new policies or procedures.

• Foster a culture that prioritizes patient safety above all.

• Address and escalate patient safety concerns as required.

• Investigate the needs of investigators prior to implementing new processes and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Proficiency in English and either German, Spanish, or French.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM EET, or other hours as necessary.

• Ability to work a Saturday shift once every two months.

• Self-driven with strong verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Capability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and distractions while maintaining professionalism.

• College or university degree is preferred.
