Investigator Support Assistant – German/Spanish/French speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Inform investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates about laboratory results, sponsor-determined flags, and test cancellations in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Oversee, monitor, and resolve accession holds; notify the Supervisor and relevant Project Manager of any delays.

• Update databases and communicate additional testing requirements to personnel.

• Assist sites and sponsors with project-related inquiries via phone and email.

• Adhere to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Aid in the implementation of global processes and procedures.

• Track and report on management-defined metrics within established timelines.

• Document service failures, address them, and escalate to management as necessary.

• Serve as a liaison between internal and external clients.

• Convey the needs of investigator sites during discussions regarding new policies or procedures.

• Foster a culture that prioritizes patient safety.

• Respond to patient safety concerns promptly and escalate them for resolution.

• Assess investigator needs before launching new processes and procedures.

• High school diploma.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.

• Proficiency in English and either German, Spanish, or French.

• Self-driven with excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Capability to function effectively as part of a team as well as independently.

• Competence to manage multiple tasks and distractions while maintaining professionalism.

• Availability to work from 10 AM to 7 PM CET or other hours as needed.

• Required to work a Saturday shift once every two months.
