This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.
• Create, implement, and sustain Investigator Grants exports during the bidding and study template development stages.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to guarantee precise, complete, and timely deliveries of Investigator Grants.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of processes, policies, SOPs, and associated Investigator Grants documents.
• Provide guidance to Commercial Operations, Project Management, Business Development, Site Activation, Clinical Operations, and clients regarding forecasting strategies and risk management.
• Evaluate study protocols and coordinate with pertinent departments to formulate costing strategies for protocol-driven expenses.
• Assess study budgets and operational costs related to Investigator Grants.
• Engage in activities associated with Commercial Operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Report directly to the Investigator Grants Manager.
• Familiarity with global industry-standard benchmarks and fair market value.
• Demonstrated global proficiency using investigator grant software such as GrantPlan or Grants Manager.
• Experience in reviewing and comprehending study protocols, study budgets, and technical, medical, and legal Investigator Grants documentation.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and dynamic environment.
• Strong skills in planning, strategizing, managing, monitoring, scheduling, critiquing, and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including negotiation skills.
• Understanding of clinical trial agreements.
• Proficiency in document and spreadsheet applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, law, science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in forecasting Investigator Grants.
• Solid knowledge of the biopharmaceutical/CRO industry and relevant local regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of global industry-standard benchmarks, fair market value, ICH and GCP Guidelines, and local compensation and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional spoken and written English language proficiency.
• Preferred experience with forecasting tools for investigator grants such as GrantPlan or Grants Manager.
