Investigator Contracts Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Accountable for direct negotiations regarding contracts and budgets with designated clinical investigator sites until contract execution.

• Oversee the Per-Subject Cost (PSC) process for the studies assigned.

• Manage the escalation and resolution of budgetary and non-legal term issues arising from other ICL or preferred Contract Research Organizations (pCRO).

• Collaborate with various teams to strategize site contracting timelines during the start-up phase.

• Utilize sound judgment to balance the sponsor's risks when making budgetary and contractual decisions while considering the effects on client clinical trial timelines.

• Adhere to procedures for the development, negotiation, tracking, and execution of global clinical study agreements.

• Partner with stakeholders to create and supervise the global site budget process.

• Lead site contracting activities at the study level and serve as the primary contact for site contracting issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in negotiating clinical study budgets and contracts.

• Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and English is essential.

• Preferred experience in drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements with clinical trial sites in a global context.

• A well-rounded understanding of business, compliance, finance, legal, and drug development.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to plan, identify, and mitigate risks related to site contracting timelines.

• Ability to lead through influence rather than positional authority to achieve critical objectives.

• Proven success in a highly matrixed organization.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
