This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.
• Conduct research on California employers potentially involved in employment or labor law violations.
• Identify current and former employees of targeted organizations utilizing investigative research, public information, databases, and sourcing tools.
• Create precise and organized prospect lists that may facilitate potential class or representative actions.
• Find individuals who could serve as suitable class action representatives according to defined case criteria.
• Gather, enhance, verify, and document employee contact details using various research platforms.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate lead records within the firm’s CRM and research databases.
• Develop repeatable workflows for employer research, individual identification, data enhancement, and lead verification.
• Assess and recommend research databases, skip-tracing platforms, sourcing tools, and AI solutions.
• Experiment with new investigative methods and evaluate which strategies yield the most accurate and qualified outcomes.
• Aid outreach initiatives by providing verified lead lists with clear sourcing notes and reliable contact information.
• Support online presence research and digital marketing opportunities when additional research assistance is required.
• **Must-Have:**
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in investigative research, lead research, sourcing, skip tracing, due diligence, business intelligence, fraud investigation, or advanced lead generation.
• Proven experience in constructing prospect or contact databases from the ground up.
• Exceptional internet research skills with the ability to link information across diverse sources.
• Experience utilizing multiple lead research, people-search, sourcing, data enrichment, or contact verification platforms.
• Capability to locate elusive individuals and confirm the accuracy of contact information.
• Proficient written English, analytical judgment, and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently during Pacific Time business hours with minimal oversight.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Familiarity with OSINT, skip tracing, private investigation, background research, executive search, or legal lead research.
• Knowledge of California employment law, labor law, class actions, or plaintiff identification.
• Experience in comparing research tools and providing clear recommendations based on accuracy, coverage, cost, and usability.
• Background in developing CRM workflows, research playbooks, or lead qualification systems.
• Understanding of AI-assisted research, automation, or data enrichment workflows.
