This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Precisely manage product stocking for various customer programs by filling or replacing product bins at customer sites, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained.
• Deliver products to customers as required.
• Foster program growth by establishing new customer programs, expanding current programs, and directing expansion opportunities to the relevant organizational departments.
• Supervise and sustain optimal inventory levels using VMI platforms and suitable equipment to place orders as needed. Review outstanding orders.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of program systems and operations.
• Ensure equipment upkeep, a tidy and organized workspace, and uphold professional standards for customer interactions, including appearance.
• Engage in active communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Address any issues that may affect customer programs or service levels. Identify opportunities for enhancing productivity, customer programs, and communication.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including safety standards for both internal and customer operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED, along with 1-2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in driving or customer management.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a current DOT Medical Certificate (or the ability to obtain one), and meet the driver selection criteria outlined in the Fleet Policy. A clean driving record is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
• The role involves regularly lifting weights between 30 to 50 pounds.
• This position requires standing for up to 8 hours a day to carry out responsibilities.
• Daily travel within the local area is required.
• Work will take place in customer facilities, which may involve varying work conditions, including summer and winter driving scenarios.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, is necessary.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interaction with all departments within the organization.
• Capability to solve practical problems effectively.
• Ability to develop, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with customers, respond promptly to their needs, seek their feedback, and manage challenging customer situations.
