Inventory Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Process inventory orders

• Accurately document incoming and outgoing stock

• Maintain comprehensive inventory records

• Support efficient inventory operations while ensuring data integrity

• Liaise with the Freight Forwarder

• Update shipping information

• Schedule deliveries through DHL

• Replenish stock for Retail Stores and Warehouse

• Update supplier pricing

• Manage inventory allocations

• Ensure data integrity is upheld within the EEE POS system

• Monitor the website to ensure it accurately reflects the product range

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Focused on stakeholder relationships

• Solid understanding of Excel and basic formulas

• Experience handling large datasets

• Previous experience in Allocations & Replenishment is advantageous
