Inventory and Ops Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive inventory visibility, purchase order coordination, and supply chain execution.

• Guarantee that inventory is effectively planned, ordered, tracked, received, and allocated across all sales channels.

• Oversee inventory levels at fulfillment centers and manage active SKUs.

• Conduct daily assessments on critical SKUs and escalate any stockout risks.

• Anticipate demand for direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and Walmart channels.

• Handle Walmart inventory requirements through RJW and SPS workflows.

• Monitor inbound shipments and verify that inventory is received at the designated facility.

• Keep precise records of purchase orders, inventory, shipments, and forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or ecommerce operations.

• Practical experience in Walmart operations, specifically in forecasting and inventory planning.

• Proficiency in using SPS Commerce for EDI, order management, or shipment workflows.

• Familiarity with purchase orders, inventory trackers, shipment schedules, and vendor follow-ups.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for inventory tracking and analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Availability to work full-time in the EST time zone.
