Intune & JAMF Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Manage enterprise Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro endpoint management systems.

• Develop, implement, and enhance deployment validation processes for both Windows and macOS environments.

• Diagnose deployment failures and review logs for analysis.

• Discover and implement opportunities to automate testing workflows.

• Apply best practices for endpoint management and deployment.

• Design, enhance, and document operational procedures.

• Establish repeatable testing and validation protocols.

• Collaborate effectively through strong written and verbal communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Intune in enterprise settings.

• Proven experience with administering Jamf Pro.

• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms and MDM solutions.

• Experienced in validating software deployments within Windows and macOS environments.

• Proficient in troubleshooting deployment issues and log analysis.

• Background in designing, refining, and documenting operational processes.

• Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

• Strong grasp of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Understanding of Windows Autopilot and device enrollment methods.

• Experience in crafting repeatable testing and validation procedures.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Kandji and other MDM platforms.

• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM).

• Experience with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager.

• Understanding of Microsoft Entra Hybrid Join.

• Familiarity with Okta and other identity providers.

• Experience with QA automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Machines, EC2 Mac, or MacStadium environments.

• Must reside in Latin America.
