Intune & Jamf Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Administer, support, and enhance the environments of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Jamf Pro.

• Ensure the security, compliance, and optimal performance of corporate devices.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical P1 incidents as necessary.

• Clearly articulate hands-on experience with the specified technologies and language proficiency in the résumé.

• Provide additional insights during the technical interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English is essential.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

• Background in Jamf Pro administration.

• Proficiency in macOS administration and troubleshooting.

• Management experience with both Windows and Apple devices.

• Familiarity with Windows Autopilot.

• Knowledge of Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Endpoint Security.

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory.

• Understanding of PowerShell and automation.

• Experience with MDM/UEM and corporate endpoint management.

• Proficiency in patch management, software deployment, and device enrollment.

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Preferred: advanced or fluent proficiency in Spanish.

• Preferred: experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM).

• Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

• Preferred: experience in Bash, shell scripting, or Python.

• Preferred: Jamf certifications.

• Preferred: Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, SC-200, SC-900, AZ-900).

• Preferred: understanding of Zero Trust and Endpoint Security best practices.
