This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily administrative support to the Recruiting Team.
• Conduct database administration and research to identify organizations for suitable candidate prospects.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) (50%).
• Enter and manage candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Create, organize, and sustain a filing system for resumes, applications, and various paperwork.
• Convert resumes.
• Record test results.
• Oversee application maintenance.
• Manage database upkeep.
• Schedule appointments with prospective candidates, requiring significant phone interaction.
• Follow up with candidates.
• Assist with conducting reference checks.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interview scheduling.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret various business information including job descriptions, business articles, corporate communications, and client communications.
• Proficient in presenting information and addressing questions from managers, recruiters, executives, candidates, and the public effectively.
• Experience with internet job boards, job postings, and networking.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with the recruiting team and candidates.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational capabilities, including time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating various technology systems.
