Interview Engineer – Japan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive candidate experience while assessing their essential coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding practices, communication abilities, responses to technical questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken) with a strong degree of professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is advantageous (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
