Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews utilizing Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing essential coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights on candidate performance, coding style, communication proficiency, answers to technical questions, and problem-solving methods.

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and conducting objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• A high degree of professionalism and interpersonal aptitude.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam and microphone.

• Reliable internet connectivity.

• Previous experience in technical interviews, particularly in data structures and algorithms, is preferred.

• Resume must be provided in English.

• Candidates must be based in Taiwan.
