Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights regarding the candidate's performance, coding practices, communication abilities, answers to technical questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is desirable (e.g., focusing on data structures and algorithms).
