Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights regarding the candidate's performance, including their coding style, communication abilities, responses to knowledge-based questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a strong sense of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
