Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews utilizing Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their essential coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding methodologies, communication abilities, responses to technical questions, and overall coding strategies.

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Experience in conducting technical interviews is advantageous (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
