Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing the candidate's core coding abilities and technical knowledge.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to technical questions, and coding methodologies.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal capabilities.

• Access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection is essential.

• Experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
