Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform.

• Share insights on the candidate's performance, coding approach, and communication abilities.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is desirable (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
