Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews utilizing Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical knowledge.

• Share insights regarding the candidate's performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) accompanied by a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Previous experience with conducting technical interviews is advantageous (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
