Engineer – Identity Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Implement and provide support for identity and access management solutions within customer environments.

• Independently manage smaller projects, assessments, health checks, and remediation tasks.

• Assist with medium to large projects under the supervision of Senior Engineers and Architects.

• Engage in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings.

• Perform identity assessments and health checks.

• Document findings and provide recommendations.

• Aid in planning and implementing remediation activities.

• Configure and deploy identity solutions.

• Execute migrations, upgrades, and tenant integrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

• Support testing, validation, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and client deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in supporting identity and access management technologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.

• Familiarity with Okta or similar enterprise identity platforms is preferred.

• Experience in implementing or supporting MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and related identity technologies.

• Knowledge of PowerShell or other automation technologies is preferred.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Proven customer service and consultative skills.
