Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding practices, communication effectiveness, responses to technical questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Work in conjunction with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal), demonstrating a high level of professionalism and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Preferred experience in conducting technical interviews (e.g., covering topics like data structures and algorithms).
