Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead technical interviews with software developers from around the globe.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing fundamental coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights regarding the candidate's performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to technical questions, and coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
