Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a pleasant experience for candidates while assessing their basic coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Contribute feedback regarding the candidate's performance, coding practices, communication abilities, answers to knowledge questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is a plus (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
