Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews through Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, including their coding style, communication abilities, responses to technical questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, procedures, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a Software Developer or Engineer role.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal), coupled with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
