Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Commit to a regular weekly availability of 40 hours to accept and conduct structured interviews, including last-minute requests.

• Perform structured 60-minute technical interviews via Karat's platform, focusing on back-end, full-stack, front-end, and system design areas.

• Provide detailed written assessments of each candidate's coding methodology, technical expertise, and communication abilities.

• Uphold Karat's standards for structured, inclusive, and bias-free interviewing throughout the engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Experience in conducting technical interviews through a formal employer program or on an independent basis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Reliable home setup with a stable internet connection, functioning webcam, and microphone.

• Genuine availability for a consistent weekly schedule for the entire three-month duration.

• Must currently reside in Canada.
