Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, including coding style, communication effectiveness, responses to knowledge-based questions, and problem-solving methods.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal), demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., covering topics such as data structures and algorithms).
