Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing their coding abilities and technical knowledge.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodology.

• Work in conjunction with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high standard of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Preferred experience in conducting technical interviews (e.g., covering data structures and algorithms).
