This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish strong daily connections that inspire students, ensuring they feel motivated, recognized, and capable, transforming potential drop-offs into significant breakthroughs through compassionate and proactive outreach.
β’ Steer learners through the curriculum with enthusiasm and clarity, reinforcing essential concepts and aiding them in mastering the material.
β’ Monitor student engagement and progress with keen attention; identify struggling or disengaged students promptly and initiate timely, personalized interventions that reignite their momentum.
β’ Provide prompt grading and impactful, meaningful feedback that reinforces learning, acknowledges growth, fosters self-efficacy, and empowers students to face challenges with confidence.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field (mandatory).
β’ Valid teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program (mandatory).
β’ Capability to secure certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as assigned (mandatory).
β’ At least 3 years of teaching experience (preferred).
β’ A minimum of 2 years of online teaching experience (preferred).
β’ Ability to successfully pass background checks (mandatory).
